photo challenge- july

July 2014- Here are my pictures for the photo challenge I did for two months this summer with a friend. It was just a little project to push us creatively.

Just like the June challenge, the topic for each photo appears beneath it.

photo challenge- June

June 2014- Yes, the blog has been neglected for much of the past year {and a half!!}.  I have lots to share, just not much time to do it.  Oh well, time has been well spent in other areas of life...and most of it has been documented in pictures; maybe one day I'll have time to put it here.

Speaking of pictures, I've been doing a photo challenge this summer.  And by challenge I don't mean contest.  My friend Tori came up with the list of topics for June and July as a way to practice various photography techniques, inspire one another and stay connected through expressive creativity.  One of the biggest challenges of the challenge for me has been finding time not just to take pictures but to download, organize and then share them.  It has made me much more intentional in thinking of photographs that match the topic.  Plus I've spent time thinking about staging some of them.  There are some that certainly could be better, but I'm proud of my efforts and for completing the full challenge for June.

The topic for each photo appears beneath it.
