auntie em's wedding

May 9, 2009- We survived Aunt Emily & Uncle Kris' wedding in Bay St. Louis, MS. Quite a long drive for my little cowboy to make, well it was long for all of us actually. Next time I think we'll fly. But a great time was had by all. The bride was beautiful, the groom was handsome. Some of the locals are still bewildered by the two cowboys that showed up in town. At one point after numerous photos taken by complete strangers Pecos told me "no more pictures!". I told him I agreed, unless the paparazzi were willing to pay (we gotta start that college fund!). But we did manage to escape with a few photos for you to enjoy.

cinco de mayo

May 5, 2009- Pecos celebrated Cinco de Mayo this year by smearing strawberries on his Mexican-inspired shirt and shaking his maracas. I turned on the Mariachi playlist from my iPod and cooked fajitas for dinner. No Mexican swine flu for us, just Fiesta!!!
