April 9, 2009- Pecos had lots of fun when his godmother, Jamie, came for a quick visit at Easter time. Jamie is a very busy lady so we were thrilled that she had time to see us on her visit home.
Of course, like a good godmother should, Jamie came with "prizes" for Pecos- one of which was the chocolate bunny. Now, Pecos is not a huge fan of chocolate (shocking, I know), but this was something new and of course it was from Aunt Jamie so you should have seen him shoveling down his dinner just to get a chance to eat that chocolate bunny. He hit the main parts- ears, candy eyes and carrot pieces. Delicious- and messy- poor bunny!!
Next on the agenda was dying eggs. This was Pecos' first attempt at dying eggs this year; he was soooooooo excited and of course had to give instruction to Jamie on exactly which cup of dye was the right one for each egg. Can't you see the excitement in his face? It was lots of fun and we look forward to Aunt Jamie's next visit.
